Hotel Adeline is a trendy, boutique hotel located in Scottsdale, Arizona. I stayed at the property during a recent staycation with some gal pals, and it was the perfect spot to stay for our girl’s weekend.

We stayed in a classic double room which had two extra long double beds. They were super comfy, and provided a great place to rest our heads after days in the sun and nights out.

Food + Drinks at Hotel Adeline
Hotel Adeline has a couple of places to grab a bite or drink.. Good & Proper serves breakfast and lunch items, and stays open late for midnight munchies. I’m not sure about the food quality, but I grabbed an iced coffee here one morning and it wasn’t the greatest. Just a heads up if you’re a coffee snob like me.
Another eatery on the property is Selfmade, the hotel’s lunch and dinner spot which also hosts happy hour from 4:00pm-6:30pm. We originally planned to have brunch here (the website listed a Sunday brunch), but a desk agent let us know it was a mistake, so we ended up eating elsewhere. Last but not least, there’s Straight Up, a secret whiskey bar that serves delicious and unique cocktails. I tried the Code of Silence which, if you like campari, i’d recommend.
The Pool
The pool is the focal point of the whole property, located directly in the center. There’s a poolside bar called Freestyle where you can order drinks and small bites to eat while laying out. On the weekends, there’s pool parties hosted for the 21+ crowd complete with a DJ playing laidback tunes.
There’s plenty of loungers surrounding the pool; however, if you have a few extra dollars to spend, you can rent out one of the cabanas.
Overall, I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Adeline. If you’re looking for a place to stay during a girl’s weekend or staycation, Hotel Adeline is a great choice.
